PCL Nursing
<p>The Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) in Nursing is a three-year program affiliated with CTEVT (Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training). The program aims to produce a middle level nursing workforce who is independent and competent to assume the responsibility of preventive, primitive, curative, rehabilitative and holistic care of individuals and groups in hospital and community settings.</p>
